Please note: The Upper Saddle River Library has an extensive collection of arts and crafts supplies. Material costs are for additional supplies, as needed. New puppets, felt boards, musical instruments, and other props will be purchased with the material costs listed in the budget spreadsheet. The Friends of the Upper Saddle River Library donates money to offset some of the costs of programs and training. This amount will be deducted from the budget as applicable.
